Article 1. 1. In Article 6:

- to add part one after the word "the powers" with the words "on permanent basis or";

- add with part three of the following content:

"The member of Majlisi milli performing activities in Majlisi milli on permanent basis, having no right to be engaged in other paid work, to be engaged in business activity, except for scientific, creative and pedagogical activities.".

2. The second Article 28 to state part in the following edition:

"The salary of the Chairman of Majlisi milli, the Chairman of Majlisi namoyandagon, the first deputy and vice-chairmen of Majlisi namoyandagon, chairmen of committees and commissions of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon, deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan is established by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
