I. Main activities of the National research institute of seismic safety and steady construction

1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2025 No. UP-184 is formed the National research institute of seismic safety and steady construction under the Tashkent architectural and construction university (further - University).

2. Determine the main activities of the National research institute of seismic safety and steady construction under the Tashkent architectural and construction university (further - Institute):

(a) carrying out and ensuring implementation in practice of results of scientific research in the following directions of the sphere of ensuring seismic safety and steady construction:

(i) enhancement of seismic and steady constructive decisions, underground and land town planning, infrastructure, "green" construction, energy efficient and alternative technologies;

(ii) conducting monitoring of seismic stability of the operated buildings and constructions, qualities of the made construction materials;

(iii) use of technologies of artificial intelligence in construction industry and development of digital construction;

(iv) development of decisions on problems of seismic stability of objects of historical and cultural heritage;
