About modification and amendments in the Housing code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Housing code of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 18, 2022 No. 1852 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, Art. No. 1-3, 2), the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 24:

- availability in property, ownership or use of the claimant of other premises;

- availability of the right to installation in premises of parents, spouse or other family members and other similar circumstances;

- availability of the signed marriage agreement providing obligation on provision of housing;

- participation in the agreement of shared-equity construction of the residential building or other civil legal instrument providing the right to acquisition of premises and another;
