I. Enhancement of system of consumer protection.

1. Establish procedure according to which since March 1, 2026 in case of the expired expiration date of goods on which the system of digital marking is implemented trade in them in automatic procedure is limited by means of this system. At the same time on goods which term of digital marking expired the sales receipt in the control and cash equipment is not printed out.

2. Determine that:

(a) since November 1, 2025 for the purpose of execution of the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion protocols of all testing which are carried out in the laboratories accredited in system of body of the state sanitary inspection are drawn up electronically by means of the E-laboratoriya module of the information system "E-akkreditatsiya", and also on the official website of this body the single online register of food products on which the conclusions are drawn up is kept;

(b) for the term of 15 October of 2025 till January 1, 2027 as experiment the procedure for consideration of addresses of consumers by non-state non-profit organizations, and also holding actions by them "the secret buyer" and control purchase takes root. At the same time the corresponding employee of non-state non-profit organization for holding these actions shall have the special certificate on the termination of training courses of the Center of researches of competition policy and the rights of consumers under Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection (further - Committee on the competition);
