To add 1) with Article 25.1 of the following content:
"Article 25.1. Advertizing of nonalcoholic tonics (including energy)
1. Advertizing of nonalcoholic tonics (including energy) shall not:
1) to address minors;
2) to contain information on availability in such drinks of dietary supplements, vitamins.
2. Advertizing of nonalcoholic tonics (including energy) in each case shall be followed by the warning of harm of their overconsumption. In the advertizing extended in radio programs, duration of such prevention shall constitute at least than three seconds, in the advertizing extended in TV programs in case of film and video servicing, - at least than five seconds, and to such prevention at least than seven percent of space of shot, and in the advertizing extended by other methods - at least than seven percent of the advertizing space (space) shall be reserved.";
2) in Article 38:
a) in part 6 of the word "Articles 24 and 25" shall be replaced with words "Articles 24 - 25.1";
b) "Article 25," to add part 7 after words with words "part 2 of Article 25. 1,".
This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
