1.4. Addresses of citizens are considered by judges, the senior experts and experts of the Constitutional court, texts of the reply letters prepared concerning addresses after approval are signed by the chairman of the Constitutional court, and are transferred by the vice-chairman of the Constitutional court to the secretary-report clerk of 1 category for departure to the corresponding address to its absence. On the edge of the second copy of the reply letter prepared concerning the address, the contractor undersigns, having specified date.
