Based on article 11 of the Law No. 1031/2000 on state regulation of external trading activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 119-120, 838), with subsequent changes, article 2 of the Law No. 112/2014 on ratification of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, from other party (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. This resolution shifts:

- Regulations (EES) No. 3254/91 of Council of November 4, 1991 about prohibition of use of trap with pedal in Community and about introduction on the market of Community of skins and the processed products from certain types of the wild animals caught in the countries using trap with pedal or other methods which are not conforming to international standards of hunting with traps with the minimum sufferings (CELEX: 31991R3254), published in the Official magazine of the European communities L 308 of November 9, 1991;

- Regulations (EU) No. 35/97 of the Commission of January 10, 1997 about rules of permission of import of the skins and goods falling under action of Regulations (EES) No. 3254/91 of Council (CELEX: 31997R0035), published in the Official magazine of the European communities L 8 of January 11, 1997;

- The decision of Council No. 97/602/EU of July 22, 1997 about the list specified in the paragraph 2 parts (1) Article 3 of Regulations (EES) No. 3254/91 and Item (a) of part (1) Article 1 of Regulations (EU) No. 35/97 of the Commission (CELEX: 31997D0602), published in the Official magazine of the European communities L 242 of December 4, 1997, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) No. 517/2013 of Council of May 13, 2013.
