About approval of the Water code of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Article 1. Approve the Water code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Article 2. Recognize invalid:

1) the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 1993 No. 837-XII "About water and water use" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 5, the Art. 221);

2) the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 1993 No. 838-XII "About procedure for enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About water and water use" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 5, the Art. 222);

3) Item 8 of the Section I of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 25, 1997 No. 421-I "About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some legal acts" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1997, Art. No. 4-5, 126);

4) the Section VI of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 1998 No. 681-I "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 181);

5) the Section III of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 31, 2000 No. 125-II "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, Art. No. 7-8, 217);

6) item 4 of the Section I of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 15, 2000 No. 175-II "About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, Art. No. 1-2, 23);

7) the Section III of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2003 No. 568-II "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, Art. No. 1-2, 18);
