About modification of some orders of the Government (assistance of projects implementation on energy efficiency)

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, Item c) parts (1) Article 9 and parts (1), (2) and (3) article 23-3 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 476), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on power accountants and energy audit approved by the Order of the Government No. 676/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 235-239, 813), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the word "commercial society" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "legal entity" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. add Item 3 with the concept "group of buildings" of the following content:

"group of buildings – set of two or more buildings located on one parcel of land or on the next parcels of land having general technical infrastructure and/or having unitary or complementary functional purpose and which can be subjected to assessment from the point of view of energy efficiency both individually, and in total";

1.3. state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Power accountants – physical persons are subject to the procedure of qualification and registration in the Electronic register, and services in carrying out energy audit are rendered according to part provisions (2) article 20 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency.";
