About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological formation of the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological formation of the population" of December 29, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, the Art. 832) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the Law preamble to replace the word "principles" with the word "bases".

2. Paragraphs two and third Article 1 to state in the following edition:

"-ecological education – the continuous process of training and education directed to assimilation and development of scientific and practical knowledge and skills, establishment and development of careful attitude of the person to the nature and natural processes of the environment;

3. In paragraph seven of Article 2 and the text of Article 6 of the word of "organizations" and "organization" respectively shall be replaced with words "associations" and "consolidation".

4. To exclude the word "single" from the text of Article 7.

5. To add paragraph two of part 1 of article 8 after the word of "general" with words "(initial, main general, average general);";
