Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection of the rights of the child" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 218; 2018, No. 1, Art. 21; 2020, No. 12, Art. 914; 2024, No. 1-2, of Art. 19; 2025, No. 1, Art. 14) following amendments:
1. Add Article 5 with the paragraph third the following content:
"-approval of rules of protection of the child against information doing harm to his health or development;".
2. Add with Article 29-1 of the following content:
"Article 29-1. Protection of the child against information doing harm to his health or development
1. Protection of the child against information doing harm to his health or development including the harmful information containing in information products is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. The information products which distribution among children of certain age is limited belong to information doing harm to health or development of the child or it is forbidden according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
