Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156, No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148, No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 706; 2022, No. 7, Art. 447; 2023, No. 11, Art. 468; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 20, the Art. 21, No. 3-4, the Art. 156, No. 5-6, the Art. 263, the Art. 264) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"-retraining - the postgraduate education which is carried out for the purpose of development of new specialty;".

2. In Article 23:

- add part 2 with paragraphs the seventh and eighth the following content:

"-the diploma about additional education – for graduates of rates of retraining of educational institutions of additional education;

- the certificate on additional education – for graduates of professional development course of educational institutions of additional education;";

- state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. To persons which did not complete this or that step of education (except for general main education), the educational institution issues the reference.".
