"6. For making of legally significant actions in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and its bodies the state fee is collected in the following sizes:

1) for state registration of the international public associations and accounting registration of their branches and representations - in the amount of 200 indicators for calculations;

2) for state registration of republican public associations - in the amount of 20 indicators for calculations;

3) for state registration of local public associations - in the amount of 10 indicators for calculations;

4) for accounting registration of branches and representative offices of public associations - in the amount of 10 indicators for calculations;

5) for issue of the certificate on modification and amendments in constituent documents of political parties and public associations (re-registration), irrespective of their status and the status of branches and representative offices of public associations - in the amount of 50% of the amount of the state fee collected in case of registration;

6) for state registration of political parties - in the amount of 100 indicators for calculations;
