About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About foreign trade activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About foreign trade activity" of July 3, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 7, Art. 696; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 703; 2022, No. 1, 2-3, Art. 21) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- "(non-automatic)" to exclude the word from the paragraph of the eighth;

- the ninth to exclude the paragraph.

2. In the name and preamble of part 1 of Article 5 of the word "Basic principles" and "Basic principles" to replace respectively with the words "Principles" and "Principles".

3. Add Article 9 with paragraph one of the following content:

"-participation in implementation of single policy in the field of foreign trade activity;".

4. To add part 1 of article 22 after words of "this Law" with the words "and other legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan".

5. Exclude Article 29.

6. To add part 1 of Article 54 before the word of "arbitration" with words "international commercial".

Article 2. Procedure for enforcement of this Law

Enact this Law after its official publication.
