Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About responsibility for potrava of crops and damage of crops, mulberry and other plantings and thickets of bushes" of March 5, 2007 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 173) the following changes and amendment:

1. To add the Law preamble after the word of "bushes" with the words "in the territory".

2. In the text of Article 3 of the word of "fruit and berry and other agricultural plantings by citizens" and "persons causing such damage" respectively shall be replaced with words "other plantings and bushes by physical persons" and "at the expense of perpetrators".

4. In Article 5:

- in the name of Article of the word "The Amount Which Is Subject to Payment in Compensation of Caused" shall be replaced with words "Payment procedure compensated";

- in part one of the word "The Amount Which Is Subject to Payment in Compensation of Caused", "it is brought by person which did harm", and respectively shall be replaced with words "citizens" "The amount compensated", "is paid by the perpetrator in non-cash form" and "physical persons";
