I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2016 No. 343 "About approval of standard form of the agreement on provision of a guarantee" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14179) the following amendments:

in the Standard form of the agreement on provision of a guarantee approved by the specified order:

add Item 21 with subitems 9), 10), 11) of the following content:

10) to request service provision agreements on carrying out technical and financial audits with independent organizations;
