I ORDER:

1. In the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 18-03/159 "About approval of Rules of establishment of restrictions and prohibitions on use of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10845) to make the following change:

the subitem 1) item 4 of Rules of establishment of restrictions and prohibitions on use of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives approved by the specified order to state in the following edition:

"1) on territoriality: in all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in administrative borders of separate territorial units or their part, and also on separate hunting grounds and (or) its sites;".

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
