About additional measures for further development of technologies of artificial intelligence

According to the Strategy of development for technologies of artificial intelligence till 2030 for the purpose of support of the accelerated development of modern technologies, I decide creations of more favorable conditions for widespread introduction of artificial intelligence, attraction to this direction of additional investments, and also further enhancement of system of training of qualified specialists in the country:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of this Decree:

(a) realization until the end of 2026 at least 100 projects on widespread introduction of technologies of artificial intelligence in state bodies, the social sphere and industries of economy;

(b) attraction until the end of 2030 of foreign investments of more than 1 billion US dollars for development of modern infrastructure of artificial intelligence;

(c) inclusion since 2026/2027 academic years in training programs and textbooks of systems of general secondary and higher education of subjects on training in technologies of artificial intelligence;

(d) putting into operation until the end of 2026 of 15 laboratories of artificial intelligence in the highest educational institutions performing activities in the country.

II. Institutional actions for development of artificial intelligence

2. Determine that:

(a) under the Ministry of digital technologies the Advisory board on enhancement of institutional base in case of implementation of technologies of artificial intelligence consisting of the staff of state bodies, subjects of entrepreneurship, compatriots abroad and foreign specialists is created;
