About modification and the amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to enhancement of institute of mediation and the alternative dispute resolution

For the purpose of providing legitimate rights and interests of physical persons and legal entities, and also solutions of their problems, in developed countries of the world actively take root the modern directions of the alternative dispute resolution which show outstanding performance in pre-judicial settlements of the conflicts.

In case of involvement of foreign investors in economy development of the mechanisms providing pre-judicial permission of the arising disputes or achievement of mutually acceptable consent and finding of the optimal solution for parties at variance at any stage of legal proceedings has special value.

In this Law the stimulating regulations, requirements to mediators and rules of execution of mediativny agreements, as one of mechanisms of the alternative dispute resolution through use of procedures of mediation are established.

This Law serves the effective and operational dispute resolution between citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship, and also optimization of load of courts by stimulation of universal application of procedures of mediation.
