About modification of some regulations concerning organization activity of collective investment
Based on Item b) Articles 8, parts (1) and parts (2) article 22 of the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126, Article 91), parts (1) and parts (2) Articles 1, parts (3) article 46 of the Law on the alternative organizations of collective investment No. 2/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 94-98, Article 142) the National commission on the financial market, DECIDES:
1. In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market on approval of the Regulations on procedure of payments of net asset value (equity) and net asset on one share or investment share of the organizations of collective investment into securities No. 5/14/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 78 - 83, Article 592), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1033 of March 26 2015, to make the following changes:
1) In the resolution:
a) in the name and in Item 1 of the word "in securities" to exclude;
b) to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:
"Based on part (4) Articles 92, parts (7) Articles 98, parts (2) article 108 of the Law on the capital market No. 171/2012, of parts (3) and (6) Articles 14, parts (2) and (4) article 30 of the Law on the alternative organizations of collective investment No. 2/2020,";
2) In the Provision:
a) in the name of the Provision and in Item 1 of the word "in securities" to exclude;
b) in all text of the Provision:
except for acronym of "OKITsB" to replace preambles with acronym of OKA, and acronym of "ODUI" shall be replaced with words "society on management" in the corresponding grammatical form;
