About modification of some orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base connected with energy audit and some measures of energy efficiency implemented within some programs of financing)

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (6) Article 7-1, of Item е) parts (2) Article 10 and the Item d 1) of part (1) article 12 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320 476), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 676/2020 about approval of the Regulations on power accountants and energy audit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, Art. No. 235-239, 813), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. declare Item 2 invalid;

1.1.2. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. To organization of the Electronic register of power accountants and the Electronic register of energy audit according to the rules established in the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency, to public organization "National Center for Steady Energy" of their message electronically in format of files Excel, with manual input and updating of data.";

1.1.3. recognize Items 6 and 7 invalid;

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. 1) and 2) of Item 7 to state subitems in the following edition:

"1) is citizen of the Republic of Moldova or has the right to temporary or permanent stay in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
