Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of ensuring access to information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2019 No. 1955 "About ensuring access to information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 2, Art. 197; 2022, No. 1, Art. 216; 2023, No. 39, Art. 7028; No. 51, Art. 9406; 2024, No. 26, Art. 3671; 2025, No. 6, Art. 430).

Changes which are made to Rules of ensuring access to information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification

1. In the text of the subitem "zh" of item 4 of the word "in the field of retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" shall be replaced with words "(in the field of, concerning production and (or) turnover of goods)".

2. In paragraph one and in the text of the paragraph of the fifth Item 8 (the words "in the field of retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" shall be replaced with words 1) "(in the field of, concerning production and (or) turnover of goods)".
