"17. The preventive visit is conducted by the official of antimonopoly authority according to Articles 52 - 52.2 Federal Laws "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" in the form of preventive conversation in the place of implementation of activities of controlled person or by use of video conferencing or the Inspector mobile application.

Obligatory preventive visits are conducted according to article 52.1 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".
