For the purpose of establishment of single requirements to provision of information on the cost of services, according to Articles 7, 27 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of trading activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 30, 2014 No. 560 the following change:
in Rules of trade in separate types of the goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 141 in the following edition:
"141. Objects of public catering can independently establish the additional terms for visitors which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for percent for servicing.
It is not allowed collection of service fee, giving of dishes, laying or other actions of service personnel, separately from the main order cost.
The cost of all components of services of public catering shall be included in the price specified in the menu, the price list or other document available to the consumer before order placement.
The final payment amount shall not differ from the amount calculated based on publicly provided price list.".
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
