The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rate of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2007 No. 310 "About rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 23, Art. 2787; 2009, No. 10, Art. 1238; 2012, No. 3, Art. 424; 2017, No. 35, Art. 5360; 2019, No. 8, Art. 797; No. 17, Art. 2095; 2023, No. 16, Art. 2919; No. 25, Art. 4605; 2024, No. 12, Art. 1611).

2. Determine that concerning lease agreements of the timberland signed about day of entry into force of this resolution, rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property when using the woods in the field of hunting economy are applied to implementation of types of activity since January 1, 2026.
