In connection with structural changes in system of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the purpose of streamlining of carrying departmental dress code, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of carrying special and departmental dress code" of December 3, 2015 No. 829 the following changes:
In the List of state bodies and organizations, and also executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic which staff have the right to carrying special and departmental dress code, approved by the above-stated resolution:
in Chapter "Departmental dress code":
- in paragraphs eight and the tenth shall be replaced with words words of "agricultural industry" "water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry";
- the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition: "Service of veterinary science, development of livestock production, pastures and forages under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Service of veterinary and phytosanitary supervision under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
