1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2002 No. 135/12 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming of rates for delivery services of periodicals".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
