2. This resolution becomes effective since November 30, 2025.

1. In Rules of registration, suspension, renewal and cancellation of declarations of conformity, recognitions their invalid, approved by the specified resolution:
a) add Item 11 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If the scheme of declaring of compliance provides carrying out researches (testing) and measurements in accredited test laboratory (center) and the declaration of conformity is adopted on the basis of the report of the test laboratory (center) (the protocol of researches (testing) and measurements) accredited by national authority on accreditation of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, the national authority on accreditation makes the decision on sending an inquiry in the relevant national authority on accreditation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union for receipt of information on the status of action of accreditation of test laboratory (center) and data on the report of test laboratory (center) (the protocol of researches (testing) and measurements) and its status.";
