These rules of certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 41-68) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center.";
5) of Item 2 of Appendix 1 to the order to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) the profile specialist – the health worker with the higher medical education having the certificate in the field of health care;";
