add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"3) the certificate of the aviation medical expert (further - the certificate of the expert) - the document giving to the aviation medical expert the right to carry out medical examination and to issue the medical certificate;";
7) to exclude the subitem;
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. For appointment as the expert or prolongation of effective period of the certificate of the expert the applicant submits the following documents to authorized organization:
