3) single settlement center - legal entities, corresponding determined authorized body performing the management and cross-industry coordination in the field of the housing relations and housing and communal services, to requirements and operating procedure performing forming of the single payment document and providing interaction between suppliers of utilities and consumers of utilities on the basis of information systems;

4) the single payment document - the document constituted on paper or created electronically on the basis or by means of which the payment and (or) money transfer constituted for implementation of payment of utility and additional services are made;

5) metering station - the system of devices and devices providing accounting of heat energy;

6) settlement thermal loading - amount of heat energy which is required for maintenance of the normalized parameters of microclimate of the building within hour at settlement temperature of outside air;
