1. Give one-time financial support to participants of the Great Patriotic War in the amount of 100 manats, to widows of the dead in the Great Patriotic War or died afterwards it is fighting, to persons awarded with awards and medals for dedicated work in the back in 1941-1945, to workers of the special forming which were carrying out orders for the benefit of army and the fleet in the back of warring fronts or in operational zones of the warring fleet in the years of World War II, to persons awarded with the corresponding medal and the breastplate for defense of Leningrad during World War II - in the amount of 50 manats.

2. For the purpose of execution of Item 1 of this Order:

2.1. from the reserve fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic provided by the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2007 to allocate funds in the amount of 3, of 5 million manats;

2.2. charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide transfer of these funds for the special account of the State Social Security Fund;

2.3. To provide to the state Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic bringing one-time financial support to the corresponding persons.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
