Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 1, 2020 No. 69-FZ "About protection and encouragement of capital investments in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 14, Art. 1999; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5172; 2022, No. 27, Art. 4627; No. 48, Art. 8320; 2024, No. 49, Art. 7432) following changes:

In paragraph one of the subitem "b" of Item 6 of part 1 of Article 2 of the word of "design estimates" shall be replaced with words 1) "the project documentation (design estimates)";

2) in Article 4:

a) 7 parts 1 after words "subjects of the Russian Federation" to add the subitem "z" of Item with the words "and to procedure for compensation by municipalities";

b) to add part 8 after the word "also" with the words "according to the general requirements approved by the Government of the Russian Federation";

3) in Article 7:

a) in Item 7 of part 7 of the word of "design estimates" shall be replaced with words "the project documentation (design estimates)";

4) in Item 3 of part 8 of Article 10:
