About introduction of amendments to articles 7.3 and 7.4 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About the status of the capital of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1993 No. 4802-I "About the status of the capital of the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 19, Art. 683; Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 27, Art. 3938; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3377; 2023, No. 29, Art. 5328; 2024, No. 53, Art. 8496) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part fifteen of Article 7.3 of the word of "premises" "rooms in the apartment house included in the program of renovation";

Article 7.4 to add 2) with parts two and third the following content:

"Owners of the non-residential premises specified in part one of this Article are exempted from payment of fees on capital repairs of common property in the apartment house included in the program of renovation from the date of its approval. At the same time earlier contributed by the specified owners non-residential premises to capital repairs of common property in the apartment house are used on the purpose of implementation of this program.

If owners of rooms in the apartment house included in the program of renovation as method of forming of fund of capital repairs of common property in the apartment house chose forming it on the special account, assignment of rights into the special account after transition of the property right to all rooms in the apartment house included in the program of renovation, to the city of Moscow is performed according to part fifteen of article 7.3 of this Law.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
