Article 1

Bring in the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7596; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3967; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4288; 2017, No. 1, Art. 39; No. 31, Art. 4806; No. 52, Art. 7922; 2024, No. 33, Art. 4934; 2025, No. 6, Art. 409) following changes:

1) in Article 173:

a) add part 4 with words ", the method allowing to confirm the fact of receipt of the special account by the owner or regional operator of such decision including with use of system or regional information system, on condition of ensuring placement of such decision in system in the automated mode";

b) in part 5 of the word of "the direction to the regional operator" shall be replaced with words "obtaining by the regional operator";

c) regarding 5.1 words of "the direction to the regional operator" shall be replaced with words "obtaining by the regional operator", after words of "rooms in the apartment house" to add with the words "according to part 4 of this Article";

d) in part 6 of the word "after the direction to the owner" shall be replaced with words "from the date of obtaining by the owner";
