Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About assessment of conformity to technical requirements" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 437-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2017 No. 61 "About approval of Rules of confirmation of conformity of National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About assessment of conformity to technical requirements" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 437-Z";
1.2. in the Rules of confirmation of conformity of National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

exclude the words "and accreditations of conformity assessment bodies";

in Item 3 of the word "and accreditations of conformity assessment bodies" shall be replaced with words "to technical requirements (further if other is not established, – assessment of conformity)";
