For the purpose of support of persons with disability by creating favorable conditions for import of specialized goods by physical persons for private use, non-profit organizations and Republican organization of prosthetic and orthopedic products under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Introduce in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of Articles 289, of 297, 298 and 299 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 11, 2022 No. 131 the following changes:

1) in the name and preamble of figure "289" shall be replaced with words "268, 289";

To add 2) with Items 1-1, 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that:

1) the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic is the authorized state body determining the list of specialized goods for persons with disability, and also approving order of registration of addresses, issues of written confirmations and accounting of the imported specialized goods for persons with disability exempted from payment of the VAT;

2) the written confirmations issued by authorized state body in 2022-2024 are recognized valid on condition of their compliance to commodity code according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and description of goods specified in the list of specialized goods for persons with disability;
