About modification of the Civil code of Ukraine and some other laws of Ukraine concerning features of provision of data of public electronic registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and some other public electronic registers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1. During action of martial law in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation by the location of legal entities who develop make, modernize and utilize products of military/defense appointment, perform works of defense appointment, provide services for the benefit of defense for equipment and material security of security forces and forces of defense and/or service of defense appointment, are contractors of the public contract (agreement) on defense purchases, and also perform delivery of goods of military/defense appointment and double use, military provision of services during execution of the actions of military and technical cooperation of Ukraine with other states, can be considered the address to which communication, in particular receipt of documents from public authorities and local government bodies is provided with them".

2. "About protection of the rights to industrial designs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, of Art. 34 with the following changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Article of 31 following contents:
