About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes" the following changes:
in word preamble "subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 8," shall be replaced with words parts one of Item 2 of Article 18 "the paragraph of the sixth of Article 8, of Item 2 of Article 20";
in the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes approved by this resolution:
in part one of Item 3 of the word "subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "legal entities and individual entrepreneurs";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. In case of lease (free use) of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms and other objects owners of such objects transferred to ownership and (or) use to the lessee (loan recipient) or persons authorized by them have the right to develop the instruction on the address with waste which includes procedure for the treatment of the production wastes which are formed at the lessee (loan recipient).";
