1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2022 No. 22 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures and other documents concerning special water use" the following changes:

"Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item parts five 7, of Item part seven 10, of Items 13 and 14 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to special water use, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of their action and issue of duplicates, and also issues of the conclusions about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution declared by the water user of March 2, 2015 No. 152, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Item 8 of appendix 1 to this resolution of the word of "transaction (transaction) in the automated information system of single settlement and information space" shall be replaced with words "payment transaction in single settlement and information space";
in Item 5 of appendix 2 to this resolution of the word of "transaction (transaction) in payment system" shall be replaced with words "payment transaction";
