Based on Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 "About procedure for building of the areas of bedding of minerals" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1097
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for building of the areas of bedding of minerals approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2017 No. 7, the following changes:
to exclude from Items 8 and 9 of the word "and improvement";
state Items 10 and 11 in the following edition:
"10. In case of absence of the subsoil user to which mountain branch for mining is provided person planning to perform building of the area of bedding of minerals, sends inquiry to local executive and administrative organ in the territory of which the area of bedding of minerals planned to building, about provision of information on perspectives of use of the given territory for determination of possibility of its building is located.
The request specified in part one of this Item shall contain information on construction object, including its functional purpose, the scheme of arrangement and the approximate sizes of this construction object.
11. The local executive and administrative organ determines perspectives of space occupancy of bedding of minerals taking into account line items of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, and also in need of state bodies which competence questions of geological studying of subsoil and development of these mineral deposits enter.";
