Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About warlike situation" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 4, the Art. 371) the following change:

The emergency rule does not stop activities of Akyykatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic exercising parliamentary control of observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen.".
