About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, Art. No. 7-8, 765) the following changes:
1) in Article 5:
a) add part 1 with Item 6 of the following content:

Citizens (families) living in the settlements located in the mountain and remote hardly accessible zones in the separate border territories having special status have the right to monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" irrespective of whether they receive other types of public welfare payments, except for monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, "uy-buly lump" on third and each subsequent child before achievement of age by them 3 years.";
To add 3) with Article 10-3 of the following content:
"Article 10-3. Purpose of lump sum payment "Bala of Bereke"
1. Lump sum payment "Bala of Bereke" to mothers having many children who are constantly living in conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones of the Kyrgyz Republic is made on reaching the child of age of one year.
