About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

1. Delivery is performed personally by the direction of the registered mail according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mail service", or in electronic form.

2. The document on the case of offense is considered handed from the moment of personal delivery to person concerning whom production, or to one of full age members of his family, and also the other persons living in place of registration of person concerning which documents on the case of offense are constituted is conducted.

3. For the purpose of the additional notification of person concerning which production is conducted the electronic document can be directed to the e-mail address or by means of the SMS notification. Such direction has information character and is not the fact of official delivery of the document.

4. The procedure for delivery of the electronic document and its direction (informing) is determined by other electronic communication channels by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
