1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of assignment of class ranks by the government civil servant, local government officer and to other persons" of December 30, 2016 No. 308 the following changes:
1) according to the procedure of assignment, lowering and deprivation of class ranks of the government civil servants and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-named Decree:
- add Item 7 with paragraphs of the following content:
"For the employees applying on the class rank of the adviser of the public civil service 1, of 2, 3 class, the adviser of municipal service 1, of 2, 3 classes the requirement about availability in total at least 5 years of length of service in public service and/or municipal service is established. According to the proposal of the head of the structural unit on personnel management, and in the absence of that - the authorized person concerning personnel management the next class rank without observance of this requirement can be appropriated to the employee.
