1. Determine the following state specialized organizations which are a part of the system of the State committee on property, contractors of the following geodetic and cartographic works, and also works on creation, functioning and development of National infrastructure of space data which results have nation-wide, cross-industry appointment (further respectively - the organizations, geodetic and cartographic works of the state appointment):

1.1. land republican unitary enterprise "Belgeodeziya":

theoretical determination, practical realization and distribution of the state reference system of coordinates, the state reference system of heights and the state system of gravimetric measurements, determination of parameters of interrelation (transition) between the state reference system of coordinates both reference systems of coordinates established for application and used in the Republic of Belarus;

creation, development and maintenance in urgent condition of the state geodetic network, including network of permanent geodetic Items of Satellite system of exact positioning of the Republic of Belarus, the state leveling network, state gravimetric network, geodetic networks of condensation and leveling networks of condensation in settlements which density and accuracy provide creation and updating of the state topographic maps and state topographical plans, topographical plans of settlements, the solution of tasks of nation-wide, cross-industry appointment;

creation and (or) maintaining (updating, operation), program and technical maintenance and upgrade of complex of program technical means of Satellite system of exact positioning of the Republic of Belarus;
