About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2023 No. 34

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2023 No. 34 "About approval of the Instruction for cost determination of construction of one square meter of the apartment house in the current price level" the following changes:
to state the name and preamble in the following edition:
"About procedure for cost determination of construction of one square meter of the apartment house
Based on subitem 1.34 of Item 1 of article 22 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "in the current price level";
in the Instruction for cost determination of construction of one square meter of the apartment house in the current price level approved by this resolution:
and in the text of the Instruction of the word "in the current price level" to exclude from the name;
in Item 2:
paragraphs the fourth, sixth and ninth to exclude;
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"summary estimate calculation of construction cost of object (construction queue) (further – summary estimate calculation) – the estimate document determining the estimated cost of asset construction (construction queue) according to the procedure, No. 1553 established by the Ministry of Architecture according to Item 3 of article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities, Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 "About forming of construction cost of object".";
