About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 21, 2020 No. 497
Based on item 4 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 "About radiation safety" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 198-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 21, 2020 No. 497 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 198-Z "About radiation safety" the following changes:
"Articles 27," to add preamble after words with words "item 4 of Article 37,";
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The instruction about procedure for maintaining and use of the radiation and hygienic passport of the user of source of ionizing radiation (is attached).";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Establish:
form of the certificate on state registration like source of ionizing radiation according to appendix 1;
form of the radiation and hygienic passport of the user of source of ionizing radiation according to appendix 1-1.";
add the resolution with appendix 1-1 it (is applied);
in the field of the ensuring nuclear and radiation safety approved by this resolution to exclude the word "state" from the paragraph of the ninth subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Regulations on the state supervision;
to exclude paragraph two of part two of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of physical persons, individual entrepreneurs, workers of the legal entities rendering services in consultation in the field of the ensuring radiation safety approved by this resolution;
add the resolution with the Instruction about procedure for maintaining and use of the radiation and hygienic passport of the user of source of ionizing radiation it (is applied).
