proceeding from intentions of further strengthening and development of equal and mutually advantageous trade and economic relations,
considering that long-term and mutually beneficial economic cooperation, effective use of economic capacity of two states serve growth in prosperity of their people,
highly appreciating the created potential of trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan promoting strengthening of their economic prosperity and safety
agreed as follows:
The parties approve the Program of trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan till 2020 (further - the Program) which is integral part of this Agreement.
Economic cooperation is performed by interaction of subjects of foreign economic activity of the Parties according to the universally recognized norms of international law and the national legal system of the Parties.
