About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the military personnel"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the military personnel" (appendix 1 to the Svobodnye Gory newspaper, August, 1992) the following changes:

in Article 9:

a) the fifth to state part in the following edition:

"In some cases to the military personnel (except the military personnel of conscription service) in personal procedure the commander of military unit (the chief of organization, organization) can resolve the part-time job in the state, public and private enterprises, organizations and the organizations connected with scientific, pedagogical, inventive, expert activities, and also medical activities in the state and municipal organizations of health care for the purpose of advanced training and experience exchange.";

b) add with part six of the following content:

"The procedure and conditions of implementation of medical activities of the military personnel in the state and municipal organizations of health care are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law and to take the necessary measures following from this Law.
